    Our closest paper mill was on Tennessee River, but it's been closed for a few years now!

    ‌ There are 3 mills on the Clearwater and Snake. For years you could smell the stench many miles away. At least the Fed regs in mid 90's made them fix those emissions and now you would hardly know it was there.

    It's really hard to be used to moving often and then staying in one place! When my son turned 4 I stayed home so he could do pre school, took a lot of getting used to! Hubby started contracting for AT&T! So he kept going!
