The GOP yes votes were Katko (NY), Jacobs (NY), Fitzpatrick (PA), Upton (MI), Davis (IL), Herrera Beutler (WA), Womack (AK), Kinzinger (Crying), Cheney (Northern Virginia). 6 of these 9 losers will not be in the next Congress. Rs need to dump the other 3 in 2024.
