It appears that there is NO privacy, Doctor/Patient confidentiality anymore. It doesn't exist anymore. They are at liberty to disclose any of your private information to anyone without your authorization or knowledge. There's a lot of language written into the Veterans Administration "Privacy practices," which infers that the Veterans Administration can release our information to anyone whenever they want. The document is dated September 15th 2022, and is effective September 30th 2022, and it just arrived right after the 2022 midterms! Surprise! This is Biden handiwork. The way I translate it is that very first bullet under CDC infers that they are going to be conducting a fishing and hunting expedition, and they will be searching through all prior military records in order to identify all prior military people who are unvaxxed. It is funny how it is right next to the judicial and law enforcement section.
