    ‌ya the only thing that should be electric golf cart I know someone who just payed off her EV and now the battery is shot and a new battery is more than the car is worth.

    ‌Yep...one of the many downsides. I guess if one can afford a new vehicle, they can afford the ridiculous cost of the battery replacement. And if they went into it not knowing, shame on them for not doing the research outside their comfort zone.
