Kamala Harris mother was from India and her father was from Jamaica (at best her farther was a Mulatto) and since you receive 50% of your DNA from your parents (of that 50%, 50% would be from your mother and 50% would be from your father) that being the case, she would be at best somewhere around 12% African compared to higher percentage Indian. she must have hated her mother not to claim her higher percentage of Indian heritage over the minutiae amount from her father or she ws using it to gain from it.Since Kamala Harris parents were NOT U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. That being the case she was NOT born to U.S. citizens, she is not a Natural Born citizen (see 1797 edition of the English translation of Emer Vattel's treatise on The Law of Nations or, John Eastman also points to some late 1800s cases that read the 14th Amendment's definition of citizenship as excluding children born in the U.S. to foreigners)
