    Ok Gentle Friend, I'm going to quote what you posted. "A legal citizen of the United States". and suggest that you are going to get your hat handed to you when it is challenged. It needs to be changed to "A Sovereign Citizen of the State of (State)".

    If that gets to a court of law, first thing that they are going to say is "See here, you claim to be a citizen of the United States". None of your other claims will survive that.

    Take some time and read, and understand Article 1, Section 8, paragraph 17 of the Constitution. You might also brush up on jus sanguinis and jus soli, citizenship
