Someone informed me that it is against the law to remove a swallow's nest with eggs.
Sure enough, I googled it and it is against state and federal laws to even touch the nest with eggs in it. “Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918”. State and federal laws protect unborn birds.
Isn’t that amazing that we have laws to protect unborn birds and at the same time we are demanding the right to kill our unborn children?
