There is no US Constitutional authority for either an elected or appointed official to sign any document that supersedes the US Constitution. We should identify the delegation that will be there to represent the USA. Make them famously known. And if they sign a WHO document that in any way violates the US Constitution. Demand they are tried for Treason or Sedition.
