    Please do not take it to mean that I approve of or applaud the numbers cited above. It is quite regrettable that they are what they are. But I used them to point out that the various problems which currently plague the Black community in America can only be corrected by those same people.

    White people can't stop them from aborting half of their babies, or giving birth to 3/4's of them out of wedlock. White people can't force them to stay in high school until graduation day, or to stay out of trouble with the legal system. These issues can only be solved by Black people themselves.
