Reminiscent of the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell’s infamous dystopian novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four, there are reports that President Joe Biden has set up a similar office called the “ Disinformation Governance Board .” Its goal is to fight disinformation on the internet. Orwell described the Ministry of Truth this way:
