One year ago today, Pacer Hampton was murdered, apparently by a member of a white supremacist gang - the "Fresnecks", operating in California's central valley. While California's drug scene is stereotypically thought of as dominated by hippie drugs like marijuana and LSD, meth gangs are highly visible in the southern half of Central Valley.
