Three years ago yesterday, Mucaad Ibrahim was murdered by a National Socialist "activist". The murderer livestreamed the killing in the hopes of inspiring copycats; the stream was advertised extensively on Jim and Ron Watkins's "8chan" message board.
Watkins's defenders will argue that it is not the admin's fault that horrible crimes were advertised - repeatedly - on their board. They are right - the advertisements were not the fault of the Watkins syndicate. What IS the fault of the Watkinses, though? Allowing supporters of the killer to repeatedly post the terrorist's manifesto and "inspiring" images of the murders on their server - while banning people who argued against #NationalSocialism and its recruiters.
