The ACLU is suing Youngkin because the new law banning mask mandates in public schools “denies students with disabilities access to a free and appropriate public education.”I’m sorry, but as someone with a disability, IDEA doesn’t say one student can impose a requirement on 800 other kids. It just doesn’t. Also, the irony of the ACLU suing on behalf of the same people that also would gladly defend people’s right to abort precisely because they have a disability is extremely rich.
