China Bill More Funds To Climate Spending

The Democrat bill titled "America Competition Act" should really be called "The Great China and Climate Change Scam Bill!" The House China bill funds the usual progressive climate agenda: Adds $8 Billion for U.N. Green Climate Slush Fund Adds $78 Billion into The National Science Foundation which has a current budget of only $8 Billion! Adds $50 Billion slush fund for Department of Energy for allegedly science purposes cleverly couched as Supply Chain relief! Adds $50 Billion to give to the semiconductor industry! What the hell for? Adds $45 Billion to the Commerce Department for "Critical Goods." Adds $8 Billion to the U.N. Green Climate Fund! Adds $3 Billion for the Solar Manufacturing industries. I smell Solyndra! And none of this is paid for!!
