Russia is already at war with Europe. Moscow has been underming European solidarity and resilience for 22 years. Easy to dismiss gray zone and hybrid warfare (cyber attacks, diplomatic coercion, gas for political leverage etc). But not so easy to dismiss a European 'Syria'
