We are saddened to hear that yesterday morning our nation’s oldest World War II Veteran, Pfc. Lawrence Brooks, passed away at age 112. Brooks was recently asked what he would like his legacy to be. He answered, “I would like to be remembered as a strong man. A good soldier.” And that he was.
RIP Brother.
