The argument is that, taking CRT into account, calling oneself a "Patriot" is the action of white supremacists, citing the number of "insurgents" who attacked the Capital on 6 Jan. Therefore, we must refer to the Foxboro club as the New England football team, until an appropriate team name can be derived. It's all good, though, as an actual Patriot would be a hard damn find in the NFL. Also, the activists are calling for a full boycott of the Minnesota Vikings, for allowing their mascot to lead the "insurrection". Petitions can be found at your local ACLU and DNC and BLM offices, to force the permanent ban of the team from the league.Fake news we can ALL get behind.
