Gerald Nadler now wants to investigate the Rittenhouse veridict?
The Double Jeopardy Clause in the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits anyone from being prosecuted twice for substantially the same crime. The relevant part of the Fifth Amendment states, "No person shall . . . be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb . . . . "

I wonder if the double jeopardy clause means only that the state can't prosecute you twice, or if you can't be prosecuted twice at all by anyone.     The doj needs to tell him where to go. That a jury verdict of one’s peers is sacrosanct. Perhaps this Nadler creep needs to be investigated by the DOJ!

    The officers in the Rodney King beating trial were found not guilty in a state trial. Then the feds charged them on a federal level or some crap like that. Somehow it wasn't double Jeopardy.
