More direct evidence that @JoeBiden is out to destroy the middle class and the Republic... 3% tax on every home every year - this would drain and destroy the housing market and is part of the drive to remove private ownership of property...this is pure evil...

    Here in Indiana They put a Property tax cap of 3 % of the value and they were not allowed to raise that. How ever it did not keep them from over assessing the actual values of the home..so if the assessment of said property was higher they were still complying with the 3%.

    SInce the 3% would be Federal, the State would have no say so in it.
