    First of all, IF (I mean a BIG IF) this is a Neurosurgeon, why isn't this article signed by him? Second, Assuming he IS for real, he CAN NOT DISCUSS A PERSONS MEDICAL HISTORY it's called the HIPAA Act.

    yea he's legit. https://www.vitals.com/doctors/Dr_John_R_Robinson.html but unless that patient specifically gave him permission he is violating HIPAA.
