And like ALL Americans, I am a part of this multi-cultural melting pot that makes America...America! I love America. And I will die for my America.My America. Our America. Our once great nation is in shambles and is sinking into the ashes of hopelessness and despair. God please save our country. Show us, teach us how to rid ourselves of government corruption and greed, and at the same time, to not destroy our country in the process.Dear Lord. Help all Americans see beyond the veil of deception and lies from our political leaders so that we can vote more wisely and with our hearts in this coming election.Please help all Americans see that by looking out for the best interest of all Americans, we will be able to save...America. Teach us to reach for the stars as one nation and at the same time, keeping our feet firmly planted in the soil of logic and reason. Teach us to be better educated voters. Its head is looking to the stars as it rises from the ashes. And I whisper to myself..."Maybe there is still hope for the fate of this once great nation of ours". I pray that like the Phoenix...America will rise from the ashes of injustice, corruption and despair...and be restored to her former greatness and values.Maybe America has gotten lost...just so that she can be found again by "WE THE PEOPLE".
