Gender Neutral For 200 Years

Once again, China, Russia, Iran and most of the world is laughing at the USA and their obsession with Gender and Gender Designation! It's official now, starting in January, you can get a U.S. issued Passport with "X" gender designation! As someone once said, "How fucking stupid can you get?" I guess our State Department has answered that question!
