Thousands upon thousands of Americans died needlessly all because of greedy bureaucratic public servants who knowingly and willfully allowed (became and accessory) vital, lifesaving information to be withheld from the public. That coupled with the fact that hospitals putting covid patients on ventilators were financially incentivized more if the patient dies than if they live. THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY REASONS WHY YOU DO NOT ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO BE INVOLVED IN HEALTHCARE OR THINGS TO BE CENTRALIZED. For if you corrupt those at the top, then you have criminals that can use the rule of law to benefit themselves and their cronies. Every public servant that knew and didn't share should be charged as an accessory to the deaths (murder since there seems to be both criminal neglect and intent) and permanent injuries of every legal US Citizens that has suffered damages - whether physical (short-term, long-term or permanent), psychological, or financial. There can be no pass given or slap on the wrist. The excuse the nazi soldiers gave "we were just following orders" doesn't hold water. Each and every one of the people who know and were silent or participated willingly need to face the maximum penalty allowable under the law. They need to be made examples of so something like this never happens again. The enumerated powers of government are very concise and clear - there's a reason why they are they and quite limited. If it's not enumerated, then you don't do it - no matter how well intentioned it is. It's not brain science. The Constitution exists so things like this do not happen. It is not the government's job to be involved in your healthcare (any aspect of it). it is not the Government's job to keep you safe. Their job, according to the US Constitution is to keep you free. Maximum freedom with maximum responsibility. Freedom is not a license, it's a responsibility, which again, is why the US Constitution is written the way that it is. The Bill of Rights are inalienable, meaning they cannot be restricted, forfeited, regulated, or limited in any way, by anyone, for any reason - EVER. Their policies were in direct violation of their enumerated powers and our enumerated Bill of Inalienable Rights. What we do next, will ultimately determine the state of the justice system in our republic. Should the guilty go unpunished, then something like this WILL happen again, except next time they will learn from their mistakes and it will be harder to expose the criminals involved or hold them accountable. Think about the friends, neighbors and love ones who were died needlessly because a treasonous doctor who not only used one of our enemies biolabs to engineer a virus but had the blessing of other public SERVANT bureaucrats to go forward with this. Ask yourself, don't their families deserve justice?
