And I have to ask as somebody who is watching the California primary elections from the OUTSIDE (since I live in New Jersey) can somebody help with describing the people running? And I'll also say what I've heard about them below starting with the governor primary.
*Steve Hilton: The most conservative, and against crime and homeless policies.
*Xavier Becerra: Don't know much, but I think he's the most far-left.
*Tom Steyer: The wealthy moderate Democrat option.
And for the Los Angeles mayor primary, here's what I've heard.
*Karen Bass: The worst option because she blocked people from rebuilding their houses after the wildfires of January 2025.
*Spencer Pratt: I don't know much other than his AI campaign videos.
*Nithya Raman: A communist like Zohran Mamdani in New York City.

I just wanted to post some results from the primary elections held yesterday in New Jersey, Iowa, and California. And please leave a comment if you want to about these results.
And I'll start with New Jersey (my home state) where I voted in a Republican Senate Primary for Richard Tabor, who ended up in 2nd place. And the 1st place person is Justin Murphy (who I didn't know about before this election).
Justin Murphy: 33.3%
Richard Tabor: 29.2%
Alex Zdan: 26.9%
Robert Lebovics: 10.6%
And there were 240,254 total votes with 94% reporting at the time I wrote this.
And in Iowa, there are 2 elections I have been watching!
One of them is a Republican governor primary (where I was hoping the moderate Republican Randy Feenstra would lose to a conservative). And I heard that Randy Feenstra was moderate from listening to the Steve Deace Show on Blaze TV (since they are BASED IN Iowa). And Thank God he lost, but it was VERY close only by 0.8 points.
Zach Lahn: 37.8%
Randy Feenstra: 37%
Adam Steen: 14.5%
Brad Sherman: 7.1%
Eddie Andrews: 3.6%
And there were 213,737 votes with almost 100% reporting.
And the 2nd election in Iowa was a Democrat US Senate primary, and the results look like this:
Josh Turek: 62.6%
Zach Wahls: 37.4%
And in California, there are 2 elections that have gotten more national attention.
And 1 of them is the governor primary (for both Republicans and Democrats):
Steve Hilton (Republican): 27.8%
Xavier Becerra (Democrat): 25.4%
Tom Steyer (Democrat): 19.6%
Chad Bianco (Republican): 11.3%
Katie Porter (Democrat): 4.6%
And there were 4,996,126 total votes with 62% reporting at the time I wrote this.
The other one in California is the Los Angeles mayor election (and I don't know any of these people well).
Karen Bass: 34.8%
Spencer Pratt: 30.4%
Nithya Raman: 22.3%
But what I do know is the percentages in the Los Angeles, California election can change because they are not even close to done counting votes.

I just wanted to share with you all an election ballot I filled out today because today June 2 is primary election day in multiple states (and I live in New Jersey which is one of them).
And I'll admit this year's primary election (at least in Ocean County where I live) isn't that big. Because the only divided primary election that is taking place (as you can see) is the US Senate Republican primary with 4 candidates. And their names are Alex Zdan, Richard Tabor, Justin Murphy, and Robert Lebovics. And I voted for Richard Tabor based on his campaign website, but the only name I knew before in this election was Alex Zdan. I DIDN'T know who the other 3 were.
And also, as you can see for the 4th Congressional District I had no choice but to vote for Chris Smith (who has been in Congress since 1980, and is the definition of a career politician) because nobody was running against him.
And for the Board of Commissioners, I had to vote for Frank Sadeghi because nobody was running against him (but I don't know who he is to begin with).
Also, the most shocking part of this primary is that no Republicans AT ALL ran for the Ocean County Committee, and only 1 Democrat did.
But with that said, thank you for reading this message and I will try to pay attention to the primary elections in California and Iowa (also being held on June 2) because they are governor primaries for both Republicans and Democrats.
