"What kind of a thing is that to ask me" he responded, "on such a lovely morning?" "Let's not talk about death. That evening, she again turned to John and asked, "If I died would you remarry?" Again he responded, Why would you aske me that?" We are so happy and comfortable in our life. It makes no sense to be talking about death." "Do you love me John?" she asked. "Well probably, you know a man needs a good woman to help do the things they aren't comfortable and used to have to be doing for themselves, so probably, yes", he replied. "Well, would you sell the house?" She asked. "Probably not, it is a nice house, here in a nice neighborhood, where we know so many people, was his answer. "Would you sell our bed", she asked. "Well, if you are going to remarry, and not sell the house, and not sell the bed, can you at least assure me that you wouldn't let her use my Golf Clubs, John? she implored him.
