In a very simplified way we have:
- United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with Xavier Becerra as Secretary.
- Reporting to the HHS is The National Institutes of Health (NIH) which is an Operating Division within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) whose director is Dr. Francis Collins.
- Finally, we come to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), one of the 27 Institutes and Centers that comprise the National Institutes of Health, and of which fauci has been director since 1984.
In other words, fauci is a public servant of 3rd level but with greater strength and prestige than Xavier Becerra, Secretary of HHS.
Where does his power come from and once again I ask : Why then President Trump did not fire him in 2020 when he was clearly committing crimes against the health of the American population in connection with decisions regarding the farce of the covid ?

The Humanity that today suffers from the economic and social scourge caused by the false and criminal political pandemic of covid is the same one that on December 25, 2021 witnessed, after a long 25 years since its conception in 1996 and US$ 10 billion, the launch in the French Guiana of NASA's James Webb Space Telescope.
Perhaps few people realize that we have the privilege of being the first humans to live in an era in which true Science allowed us to witness scientific and technological advances that led us to the 1st understanding of how our Universe works.
The humanity that created the James Webb, the most complex and sophisticated scientific and engineering device devised, designed and built by man, destined for studies and observations that will expand and revolutionize our understanding of the Universe, is the same humanity that bowed and continues bowing in a cowardly, submissive, shameful and ignorant way the lie of the covid the biggest, most despicable, filthy and criminal scientific farce ever staged by a community of doctors and scientists, shamefully sold to nefarious political and economic interests, academically, morally incompetent without personality and honor and totally demoralized towards those who should protect and not kill.
James Webb's Science, composed of highly qualified Physicists, Mathematicians, Engineers and Technicians, is not the same as that formed by mediocre biologists and especially doctors who let themselves be used as instruments of disinformation, domination, fear and death by corrupt politicians and a false and decadent elite.
When bad politics mix and dominate a lying and despicable science the results could not be more catastrophic.
Watching the launch just made me sad to see the entire control room occupied by those responsible for the operation wearing the pathetic face masks.
More concerned than saddened to see that even brilliant brains are subordinate to inferior minds but current holders, not for much longer, of the financial and political power in the world.
