No......you gotta' pay to have some "porta power" truck to come and give you enough charge to get you to the next charging station....and who knows what they charge.....supply and demand ya' know....

I'm thinking the hybrids are going to go the way of the dodo bird......because you always toss a couple gallons of gas in the trunk....but most electrics use high enough voltage that, you'd need a hoist to put even a small "emegency" battery in your trunk....
