    ‌I was not online for a while when I moved into a rural area. I finally found an internet provider I could use even though it gets slow at times. Then I had computer problems that took me about 3 weeks to get resolved.

    ‌I have had some lower back pain for the last few weeks. It is getting better since I replaced my memory foam mattress with a new innerspring mattress set.
