It means just what it says.....that the vaccine stratifies, and thus if not stirred up by whatever means.....folks are only going to get part of it's components.....which of course could lead to some pretty serious reactions....
I'm sure UPS drivers are extra careful driving, and handling those packages too! 🤨 No shaking enroute I'm sure!
