    I could be wrong but I believe that was Obama when he let that guy out and four other terrorists out to get somebody else back. In other words it was a I'll do you a favor if you do me one so Obama did it

    There are quite a few articles on him I read 2 he was a part of the negotiations in keeping peace so all of the Americans could get out of Afghanistan. That's how I was understanding it.
