The $10 also helps support the platform but was originally intended more to help ward off Creeps Skanks and Scammers when the Community was small. . RO is unique because it is Community Funded, in fact, it was Funded out of pocket by the Admin6 with the occasional donation. We have now grown beyond the ability for the Admin6 to do much more out of pocket.
