People keep calling it normal. They keep calling it human nature. They keep calling it just how the mind works. They keep calling it human nature. They keep calling it just how the mind works. But that back of the mind voice that belittles you, excuses you, justifies you, or talks you out of what you know is right… That is not your personality. That is not your conscience. That is not overthinking. That is instruction, and it is not coming from God or yourself... The voice that tears you down is not from HIM. Your real thoughts do not attack you! Your real thoughts do not sabotage you! Your real thoughts do not whisper excuses! The Bible already told you where that destructive voice comes from... “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.” John 10:10 If the thought is stealing your confidence, killing your discipline, or destroying your clarity, it is not normal. It is spiritual warfare... The enemy whispers. That is his oldest trick! People "expect" something dramatic, but the enemy works quietly. This is not the exorcist... Lucifer plants doubt. Satan nudges. The devil suggests... Not physically! IN THE MIND! “Did God really say…?” Genesis 3:1 Read all of Genesis to understand 3:1! The first demonic tactic in Scripture was a whisper... Nothing has changed! The "smartest people" are often the most blind. The ones who PRIDE themselves on logic are usually the first to dismiss spiritual REALITY! Actually... ACTUAL REALITY! “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.” Romans 1:22 Intelligence does not PROTECT you from deception. Discernment does! God’s voice builds. The enemy’s voice breaks. God convicts, but HE does not belittle. God corrects, but HE does not condemn HIS CHILDREN! You're included... “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:1 So if the voice is condemning you, shaming you, or dragging you down, it is not God and it is not you! You are not crazy. You are under attack! “We wrestle not against flesh and blood.” Ephesians 6:12 That includes the flesh and blood brain. Your battle is spiritual, not psychological. Stop calling it "normal". Stop calling it just "how I think". Stop calling it my "personality". Call it what it is! DEMONIC INTERFERENCE! And once you name it, you can fight it! God is right there... God already gave you the counterattack. You do not fight whispers with willpower. You fight them with truth. “Take every thought captive to obey Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:5 Not every thought belongs to you. Not every thought deserves to stay. Not every thought is from your mind. Some are from your enemy. The moment you stop treating those thoughts as normal, you stop being controlled by them. GOD IS JUST A PRAYER AWAY!
