They haven't been created yet. At least not by God. And surely not by man.
Human creation requires growth.
Only when humans become as butterflies, (born one thing WITH The Internal Structures Already Created to transform them into a totally different creature), will there be a 'trans' human. After birth machinations will always be "Make-shift" horror shows at best.
