Over 20 children 'unaccounted for' at Texas summer camp amid floods: Lieutenant Gov.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick reported that there were over 20 children "unaccounted for" from Camp Mystic after the area had been devastated by flooding. "That doesn't mean that they've been lost," he said.
