Special agents also discovered that Snell, a U.S. citizen who previously worked as an educator for multiple schools and as a girls’ soccer coach and director of an organization that offers childcare services to underprivileged families, discussed his horrific fantasies of raping, torturing and murdering infants, children and adults. This child sex predator groomed children to send him explicit and sexually degrading content — including depictions of the children self-harming. The ICE @HSIDetroit investigation resulted in a 22.5 years sentence for Snell, who previously pleaded guilty to two counts of enticing a child to engage in criminal sexual conduct.
