ICE @ERONewark took custody of Carlos Garcia-Moreno, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, upon his release from a prison in Rahway, NJ, where he served an 18-year sentence for AGGRAVATED MANSLAUGHTER. He was granted voluntary removal in 2001 but returned to the country illegally only to later be arrested on murder and weapons charges. Send this vile garbage back to his sheet hole he came from.
