The facts Matter, and it's time Rossie O'Donnell is sued, maybe she'll shut that mouth!
Rosie O’Donnell has publicly accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct involving minors, specifically referencing the allegations made by “Katie Johnson” (a pseudonym) and implying wrongdoing on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, known as Little Saint James. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements based on public records and her statements:
The Katie Johnson Allegation
• In 2016, a lawsuit was filed under the name Katie Johnson, claiming that in 1994, when she was 13 years old, Trump sexually assaulted her at a party hosted by Epstein in New York City (specifically at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion, not on his island). The suit alleged non-consensual acts and threats to silence her afterward.
• The case was withdrawn later that year before going to trial, with no further legal action. Some reports have questioned its credibility, suggesting it may have been fabricated or politically motivated, and Trump has denied all allegations.
• O’Donnell has highlighted this in her criticisms, posting a link to a video of Johnson’s alleged testimony in 2018 and urging people to “Google it” in more recent statements.
Allegations Related to Epstein’s Island
• O’Donnell has claimed Trump visited Epstein’s island “many times” and questioned his actions toward “children on that island,” tying it to broader accusations of protecting or harming minors. For example, in an interview, she stated: “He wants to protect children? Look what he did to children on that island.”
• However, Epstein didn’t acquire Little Saint James until 1998, so the 1994 Katie Johnson incident couldn’t have occurred there. Flight logs show Trump traveled on Epstein’s plane multiple times in the 1990s and early 2000s, but there are no confirmed records of him visiting the island itself. Trump has stated he banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago resort after learning of his behavior and denies any involvement in Epstein’s criminal activities.
• No Epstein victims have publicly accused Trump of crimes specifically on the island, and he has not been charged in connection with Epstein’s sex trafficking case. O’Donnell’s claims on this point appear to be unsubstantiated or a conflation of Epstein-related allegations.
These accusations stem from the long-standing feud between O’Donnell and Trump, often amplified in media interviews and social media. Trump has dismissed Epstein-related scrutiny as a “hoax” and threatened legal action against critics like O’Donnell. Note that while these are public allegations, no criminal charges have been brought against Trump in these matters, and he maintains his innocence.
