Here’s a breakdown of the key elements based on public records and her statements: The Katie Johnson Allegation • In 2016, a lawsuit was filed under the name Katie Johnson, claiming that in 1994, when she was 13 years old, Trump sexually assaulted her at a party hosted by Epstein in New York City (specifically at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion, not on his island).    The suit alleged non-consensual acts and threats to silence her afterward. • The case was withdrawn later that year before going to trial, with no further legal action. Some reports have questioned its credibility, suggesting it may have been fabricated or politically motivated, and Trump has denied all allegations.   • O’Donnell has highlighted this in her criticisms, posting a link to a video of Johnson’s alleged testimony in 2018 and urging people to “Google it” in more recent statements.
