ICE MOLESTATION OF A MINOR Victor Carrillo Ortega, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador, was sentenced by the Superior Court of New Jersey Middlesex County to eight years in prison for sexually assaulting a child under 13 years old. He'll remain in custody pending a deportation decision.
