That's a thinly built, heavily and intentionally "padded" White Male! Way too many layers, for 60 miles north of our desert border with Mexico. The eyes seem "off." Faking his real build. Thin in person. Make-up? His movements were contrived. He just wanted to be recorded. The rest was acting. Making an intentional, on-camera "Evidence Drop." Leaves? Seriously? Part of a hurried, elaborate plan, that went real bad.
