On January 25, 2026, Governor Walz claimed children in Minnesota were "hiding in their houses" like Anne Frank due to federal immigration raids. He suggested that "somebody is going to write that children's story about Minnesota," a direct reference to Frank's diary. What "Tampon Tim" has created in Minnesota is absolutely revolting. After weeks of poisonous rhetoric, he has now crossed a line that should never be crossed—dragging the murder of Anne Frank and the Holocaust into his political narrative. Using one of history's greatest atrocities as a prop is disgusting, deeply offensive, and a betrayal of basic human decency. Anyone willing to sink this low is unfit for leadership in the United States.
