    Talk about cooking the numbers!! CA's REAL deficit is 100 times that! 17,000 homes and businesses were lost in the Palisades fires. They left LA, and countless others are leaving SF. and the new tax on billionaires is going to empty out Silicon Valley. CA is going to be a ghost state soon.
