Now is the time to cut through layers of laws and regulations that have stifled individual freedom for decades to move boldly toward a genuine free market, true personal freedom, the real pursuit of happiness and the reinstatement of property rights. This would also be the ideal moment to restore to each state the lands unjustly claimed by the federal government. Returning these vast territories to state control would honour the principles of property rights and self-governance that lie at the heart of the American spirit.
