blaha, blaha, blaha, blaha, blah, blah blah!
Captain Dylan Blaha, a 13-year Army veteran now running for Congress in Illinois’ 13th District, released a statement calling on military personnel to reject what he described as “illegal orders” connected to the Trump administration’s recent invocation of the Insurrection Act of 2025. The order deploys Guard units to protect Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and facilities in Portland, which have been under violent attack by Antifa-aligned protesters.
Blaha cited the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385), which generally prohibits the use of federal troops in domestic law enforcement. However, the law contains exceptions, including federal property protection and use under the Insurrection Act when state and local authorities fail to maintain order.
18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
You may not make political statements while wearing a military uniform which is a chargeable offense under UCMJ. If you do so when retired or no longer on active duty you can be recalled to active duty and prosecuted. Military may be used to oppose treason and sedition against the people and the Republic. President Abraham Lincoln had no problem doing it, therefore he established precedence. Those who take money to demonstrate and attack federal authorities, police and federal property are paid mercenaries on U.S. soil, i.e. terrorist et al. Title18 sec 2381/2383, therefor enemies of the people and the Republic....because they do not represent a nation state they are not entitled to the protections of the Geneva Convention.
What they ARE entitled to is an indefinite stay at #GITMO or Florence Supermax Prison until their execution date. Treason is a CAPITAL offense.
