In my mind, the most important piece of tell-tale Shooter evidence, is the ring-cam video that was obtained by TMZ.The shooter was recorded "walking towards the rally in one direction with a limp," and shortly after the shooting, he was caught on camera again, running back in the same direction from which he came. The shooter lives within walking distance of the house where he was caught on ring-cam, and he knew exactly where he was going. He's a "local." He's very familiar with that neighborhood, possibly grew up there. Probably lives closeby with family. Somebody knows him.
