Noem's security detail was on high alert mere days after an unhinged leftist lunatic, Boelter, used a police-style uniform, badge, and vehicle to approach then murder three (shooting 4) people. Security couldn't have seen it before he began shouting. And photos show his Senate Polo shirt insignia was only visible as it was moved aside while he was being removed.
