It’s unconstitutional. The composition of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals had changed dramatically due to Trumps appointees. Some of their earlier wildly left opinions need to be challenged—especially Fields v Palmdale Unified School District, in which the Court said in its decision, that parents rights stop at the threshold of the school doors. Not even kidding.
