    t‌hat's why the gov't is withholding the money, so Asheville NC can be declared uninhabitable, so China can swoop in (using Harris' hubby Emhoff as a beard) and buy up the land rights to the largest lithium mine on the planet! China desperately needs that lithium mine for it's EV batteries.
