Hillary Clinton is suggesting that Americans should be “civilly or even criminally” charged for certain media posts that the Left deems misinformation. Criminally charged in court? What if you are found guilty of disagreeing with them? Incarceration? And John Kerry is targeting the elimination of the First Amendment because it is a ‘major block’ to hammering out disinformation.
