Todd Beamer was born in Flint, Michigan. On September 11, 2001 he was on board Flight 93. He was instrumental in regaining control of the plane from the hijackers. Todd managed to make a phone call to a 911 operator while on board the plane. Todd and his wife Lisa had two sons. Lisa was 5 months pregnant with their third child, a baby girl. He told the 911 operator to tell his family "I Love You" His last words to us on the ground, echo in our minds even to this day..... "LETS ROLL."
