If you live in Europe then you are already familiar with nutri-score system, which basically pinpoints the nutritional value of a product (based on the ingredients) and assigns it to one of the five colour-coded letter grade classes (A, B, C, D, or E)
On this picture you can see Nesquik getting a Nutri-score "A" and me being a certified nutritionist still fail to see how Nesquik could rank an A in any nutritional sense, unless it’s just going up against a literal bowl of sugar. This nutri-score is a complete joke and obviously abused by corporations like Nestle that have tons of money to burn.
If you are a mother, beware of the deceptive 'nutri-score' read the labels and opt for healthier choices for your children.
